Standard Form

Composer, Initial. (year). Title [Score - state if particular type of score, e.g. vocal score]. Place of publication: Publisher.

Notes

  • Some older scores may have been subject to revision and editing by hands other than that of the composer. Where the edition of the work may be significant, it is worth adding the name of the editor (or adapter if the work is an adaptation).
